       2015年我公司绍兴万家器械有限公司，稽峰（原红旗）品牌立案维权。

       由于被告宁波天牧受用器械制造有限公司，赵建雄擅自使用知名商品特有名称、包装、装潢，生产注射器包装刻意模仿 原告上海万佳生产的注射器 包装颜色，印刷字体，设计元素及构图，且在 包装盒正面显著标注“万佳”、“上海万佳”等侵权行为，仿冒产品，误导消费者，造成消费者对产品品牌品质形成不良影响。我公司最终胜诉，被告的仿冒产品停止生产、销售、销毁。
